7. Technical considerations

3. 8. Installation and commissioning
1. Power supply configuration: Please select the power socket, wire or wiring board according to the voltage and power indicated on the nameplate.
2. Installation principles and precautions:
1) The electronic water treatment device should be connected in series in the pipeline, the specific installation is shown in the figure, and accessories can be added according to the installation requirements.
2) The electronic water treatment device should be installed as far as possible before the equipment to be protected, as close as possible to the import and export of water equipment. In the power system, the electronic water treatment device should be installed between the pump and the equipment, and should be as close as possible to the protected equipment. If the pressure between the pump and the device exceeds the limit pressure of the electronic water treatment device, the electronic water treatment device should be installed in front of the pump and as close as possible to the pump.
3) In the circulation system, the electronic water treatment device should be installed on the main circulation pipeline, and cannot be installed on the make-up water. The specific installation is shown in the figure. If the conditions restrict the installation, you can install it according to the picture.
4) There must be no water tank or storage tank between the electronic water treatment device and the water-using equipment.
5) A bypass line should be installed at the inlet and outlet of the electronic water treatment device, so that the water treatment device can be repaired without stopping the machine. The specific installation is shown in the figure.
6) The new equipment can be directly installed with an electronic water treatment device. For water equipment with serious scaling (scale thickness> 3mm), the scale must be removed before installing the electronic water treatment device to prevent the old scale from falling off and blocking the pipeline.
7) During the installation and transportation, do not force the electric controller.
8) Reasonably choose the installation environment, pay attention to waterproof, rain and moisture.
9) Above the electric controller or along the opening direction of the electric controller cover, a clear space of not less than 600mm should be reserved for maintenance.
3. Installation location
1) Non-circulating hot water system
◆ For non-circulation hot water system, it is recommended to install a check valve before the boiler inlet pipe to prevent steam or boiling water from entering the electronic water treatment device.
2) Circulating hot water system: The cold water and hot return water entering the water heater all need to go through the electronic water treatment instrument, and the specific installation is shown in the figure.

If during the initial installation or use, you find that all the indicators are off, please check whether the power supply has power, whether the power switch is turned on, whether the power socket is plugged in firmly, and whether the fuse in the power socket on the instrument is intact In the lower part of the power socket, you can use a flat-tip wire knife to open the fuse box cover along the slot. If there is no problem, please contact the manufacturer in time.
