2. Equipment working principle
Vacuum constant pressure water replenishment exhaust device uses the adjustable capacity of the air pressure tank to automatically adjust the changes in the user's water volume. When the water consumption is reduced or not used, the water pump can not be started for a long time to achieve energy saving. Compared with water tower and high-level water tank, investment can be saved by about 40% -60%. The equipment has a compact structure, compared with other traditional water supply devices, it reduces the floor space and saves land resources. This equipment is fully automatic operation, without the need for special personnel management, reliable work. At the same time in the water circulation system: on the one hand, there is a large amount of gas. If it is not removed, it will easily cause gas resistance, resulting in poor circulation of the local or entire system and uneven heating and cooling, as well as damage to equipment and pipes; on the other hand, the water contains Oxygen causes corrosion of end equipment such as heating (cooling) equipment, pipelines and steel radiators. Perforation and water leakage directly affect the safety of the entire system. The degassing equipment in this unit is based on the law of Henry: That is, a certain amount of gas is dissolved in water at a certain temperature and pressure. When the temperature increases or the pressure decreases, the dissolved gas in water will decrease. The principle of passing without changing the water temperature The equipment generates a vacuum to release free gas and dissolved gas in the water, and then exit the system through an automatic exhaust valve. The unsaturated water after degassing will absorb the gas in the system to seek gas-water balance. This cycle removes all gases from the system water and ensures stable and safe operation of the system.
