2. Product working principle
Constant pressure water replenishment device uses gas expandability to work. When the volume of water increases when the temperature in the system increases, the system pressure increases. At this time, some water will enter the capsule of the bladder constant pressure tank. The expansion of the capsule will compress the gas in the tank until the pressure of the system and the tank Until the pressure inside reaches equilibrium. When the volume of water in the system decreases and the system pressure decreases, the gas in the tank expands to push the water in the bladder back to the system. If these amounts of replenishment still cannot meet the amount of water required by the system, the pump starts replenishment. The starting and stopping actions of the water pump are controlled by the electrical contact pressure gauge of the system and the control box. The electrical contacts have two set pressure points, one is the pump start pressure P1, and the other is the pump stop pressure P2, P1 and P2 are the system's lowest fixed pressure point and the highest working pressure, respectively. When the system pressure does not reach P1 after replenishing water through the bladder constant pressure tank, the control box controls the water pump to turn on to replenish water to the system. When the system pressure and the pressure in the tank are greater than P2, the pump stops.

4. Notes on installation of constant pressure water supply device
1. The distance between the equipment and the wall or other equipment should be no less than 0.7m.
2. The room with constant pressure water supply equipment should have excellent ventilation, and the indoor temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃ and not higher than 40 ℃. When the equipment is frozen in a dangerous outdoor environment, you should consider measures such as weather and frost protection.
3. After the hydraulic pressure strength test and the tightness test of the pneumatic tank are qualified, the debugging should be carried out according to the engineering design request. After the commissioning work is completed, ensure that the inflatable mouth does not leak.
